I am writing this weekly blog, which will turn into a book, in chronological order, from my perspective at the time I am writing about, thus it reflects what was going on with me then and does not reflect awareness and healing that takes place at a later time. It is mostly an outline that I will expand on by applying Integral Theory and Developmental Theories to the final piece reflecting my Healing Process.
